Welcome back to the show! This week, we’re taking a slight detour from our regularly scheduled programming for a fun review of the 1992 Pow Wow at Powell II NSA contest video! Is it technically a Bones Brigade video? Well, no- but it has “Powell” in the title, and that’s good enough for us. Held at the infamous Skate Zone back in February of 1992, Pow Wow is a snapshot of a pivotal moment in skateboarding, featuring some of the best up-and-comers of the 90’s going head to head with some of the best remaining established pros of the 80’s. We have Chris Senn, Tony Hawk, Steve Caballero, Wade Speyer, Jim Fitzpatrick, football-shaped decks, full pads, big pants, big tricks and vert wall insanity a’plenty, so focus that board in as many spots as possible and join us- shall you?
