Before moving into public relations, he enjoyed a 25-year media career working in newsrooms across Canada. He has written for numerous publications, including the Globe & Mail, National Post, Maclean’s, Ottawa Citizen and Vancouver Sun.

Stonehouse was initially skeptical but the column ran successfully for over a decade.
