On the Job Training

Never take an opportunity for granted. Every moment you're awake or involved in a specific duty or activity should be considered on-the-job training. We should be willing to give and do our best at any given moment. Too many times we only give our all when it benefits us or puts the spotlight on us and it should not be this way. Every moment is a moment to polish your skillset or acquire a new skillset. Taking advantage of any type of on-the-job training will always put you at an advantage and increase your value, even it's for something further along down the road.
