This was an incredible opportunity to tap into the mind of one of the great learning and development gurus today, and Neil brought all kinds of perspective to a short conversation. We dove into the changing cultural landscape and it's impact on learning, how our own rewards system is sometimes motivated to learn for the wrong reasons, and of course -- Neil will teach us how to STRIP.
