He is Chair of Congress' Joint Economic Committee and was at the center of negotiations in the House to pass both the Bipartisan Infrastructure Bill and Build Back Better, focusing on Climate and Family assistance. He has also run for Governor in VA and has few candid thoughts about what went wrong last election day.
