To Impeach, or to Not Impeach?

Coming back from the Easter/Passover weekend one big question looms after the release of the Mueller report: Should congress proceed with impeachment hearings? Only one 2020 presidential candidate has advocated for impeachment; Elizabeth Warren. Is this a smart political move for her or is she just wasting her energy on a matter that won't win voters? While, other 2020 hopefuls have played it safe in their responses on impeaching the president, it seems like the focus shouldn't be solely impeachment, but the best way to beat Donald Trump in 2020.
