Our guide is Ryan Goodman, founding co-editor-in-chief of Just Security, an online forum for the rigorous analysis of national and international security. Goodman is a Professor of Law and Co-Director of the Reiss Center on Law and Security at New York University School of Law. He served as Special Counsel to the General Counsel of the Department of Defense (2015-16). He is a frequent guest of Chris Hayes on MSNBC.
