Zoe Lofgren has been a Democratic member of the United States House of Representatives since 1995. She represents the 18th District of California, which serves communities in Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz counties. Congresswoman Lofgren discusses her role in Congress, including her involvement in the impeachment trials of Donald Trump and her leadership role on the Select committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the Capitol. She also discusses the indictment of Bob Menendez, (she thinks he should resign) the conviction of Peter Navarro, and the potential impeachment of Joe Biden. Lofgren expresses concern about the potential for a government shutdown and discusses the upcoming election for Senator Diane Feinstein's seat.
