Beto O'Rourke Makes It Official

While he lost a Senate race to Ted Cruz, Beto O'Rourke thinks he has what it takes to run for President. After months of speculation and consideration, he announced this morning that he is IN the race. Will Democrats get excited about his candidacy? What are his issues?
