About Our Guest
Miri, a self-taught baker with roots in Los Angeles, gained invaluable kitchen expertise while working in the administration of a luxury bakery. In 2016, she and her family relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, where her fascination with cake design blossomed after being inspired by artists in Asia using palette knives to decorate cakes on Instagram.
