After receiving a citation following a morning duck hunt, Carl Ray took to Facebook with a video that quickly escalated the situation. The post led to an intimidation charge and set the crosshairs of Mississippi Fish and Game squarely on him, and after several tumultuous court proceedings, he ultimately entered a guilty plea.
