Lisa works in Colorado Springs with Alive Literary Agency, and I know Melanie would agree that, in so many ways, she is the wind beneath our writing wings. On today's episode, we talk about how publishing has changed, what agents and publishers are looking for in a book, and Lisa's favorite parts of being a literary agent.
