If you had the opportunity to give your younger self some advice, what would it be?

Have you ever written yourself a letter to acknowledge all  you had been through & say thank you for staying so strong?

At nearly 46, Anna feels she is finally coming back to herself and is relearning who she really is. By day, she works in the NHS as a mental health nurse, but outside of this she is an author and multi-passionate creative woman. Her debut book "Green Pigs and Me" was published in February 2021. It was written as a series of letters to her younger self, and this has led to her being asked to hold workshops to enable others to do the same.
