The Mueller probe has ended and Special Counsel Mueller has filed his report with Attorney General Bill Barr. MSNBC Chief Legal Correspondent, Ari Melber, breaks down what we know about the report so far and speaks to experts including two Members of Congress to learn more. House Intelligence Chair Adam Schiff responds to the news for the first time on "The Beat", telling Melber, AG Barr mus "live up to the commitment to be as transparent as possible" and release the report. Senator Richard Blumenthal says Congress must "subpoena the facts and evidence" including Grand Jury material if necessary.
