Who killed chivalry? Is chivalry even dead? Chivalry amongst millennials and the generations under seems to be near extinction.  Who's still holding doors and pulling out chairs? Who's pumping their woman's gas or preparing their man's plate?  Chivalry seems to be an old-fashioned concept.  Can something on the verge of extinction be revived?
