I talk all the time about the secondary losses people experience while grieving. Loss of the futures imagined, loss of friends or family who don’t understand the grieving process.
As if anyone does.
Going through this recent crisis with Sassy took me right back to those feelings. Complete gratitude for so many who show up that I never would have imagined. As well as people you expect to show up - who don’t.
On today’s episode of The Be Ruthless Show, I discuss Who Shows Up - as well as HOW they show up. I discuss how you can support someone without adding to a crisis. And I discuss the importance of being true to yourself. Trusting your intuition. And even letting go of some you thought were forever relationships.
