Sharing is Caring

Ugh!

That’s the exact text I sent my dad earlier today. It pretty much sums up my mood - because Sassy isn’t doing so well, therefore neither am I.

I talk about this on today’s episode of The Be Ruthless Show - not because it’s all about me. I share because people need to know that sharing isn’t only ok - it’s necessary.

I share because things like anxiety and grief and even just being tired are all invisible. The world will never know unless people like me are willing to put ourselves and our stories out there!

And as students everywhere return to school, expressing ourselves truthfully is more important than ever.
