Janet E. Verney is an Author and Artist with a passion for wellness and whimsy! She is certified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and is the Community Coordinator for the Gut Health course at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Janet is passionate about creating plant-based recipes and loves helping others to “health-up” their lives through Primary and Secondary Foods! She has shared her healing journey on TV, radio, podcasts, conferences, and workshops. 

Part of her own healing therapy includes creating whimsical upcycled clothing, which can be found on her Etsy shop JanetsFashionFlips.
