Episode description

My dad used to say “let me see your eyes” when I wasn’t feeling well. Dead giveaway. I’m not the kid who got a fever. Ever!

He also could tell when I was “faking fine.” You know - when I knew I was sick but still wanted to do something.

One look. That’s all it ever took.

I’m not the best at evaluating that look myself, and I’m absolutely prone to adult faking fine….. doing something when I should be resting!

On today’s episode of The Be Ruthless Show, I discuss the importance of prioritizing health - physical, mental, and spiritual!
