In this episode, I just want to share with you my thoughts about the number of suicide issues in our Detroit Firefighters making three in eight months and I am speechless. We need to make changes and the first is to normalize mental health. If you're in pain, you don't have to hide it, dealing with it is not a weakness, dealing with it is the way through it, so it doesn't resurface in other ways and other areas of your life.
