Call 911?

The Washington Post reported that officers killed those they were called to help in at least 178 cases over 3 years. When I think of the police, I think of people protecting us…

But these stories are on the rise. And I want everyone struggling to get the help they deserve!

So on today’s episode of The Be Ruthless Show, I discuss what to do if you need to make that call:

- what language to use and

- who to contact

- how to contact

I also discuss healthy vs unhealthy ways to approach someone “unstable” or erratic. Remember that people in crisis are dealing with fear. The way we approach and initiate conversations can make a difference in the outcome!
