One of the best competition cooks to ever light a fire, Travis Clark, joins me to lead off the 2nd hour. Over the past handful of years, only two teams have won the KCBS team of the year title, and Travis is one of those teams (Gettin' Basted is the other). Tonight we talk about any thoughts he has on the 2023 American Royal fiasco, the limited 2023 competition season he's run and we'll look into 2024 and see if he has any interest (or time) to make another run for team of the year. Aside from competitions, Travis has turned into quite a successful restaurateur and business person.
