Hour 1:
My first guest tonight is Derrick Riches from About.Com. Derrick spent last week at the annual HPBA Expo in Florida…he will tell us about the best items he saw at the event and if it is something we might want to purchase in the future.
Around the 9:35pm EST the winner of the first annual Smokin’ At The Run contest, Dan Richard of Blazin’ Blues BBQ, will stop in to recap the event and talk about the win. We will also learn a bit about Dan and his team and when they decided to get in to the competition side of things.
Hour 2:
Kicking off the second hour, I will be joined by Chris Capell of Dizzy Pig BBQ. Chris is putting on an ALL CERAMIC bbq competition cooking class, which to my knowledge, has not been offered or done before. Chris will break down the class, what you can expect to learn when taking it and how it differs from other classes out there today. We will also get caught up with the business of Dizzy Pig…a well known purveyor of quality BBQ rubs.
