Hour 1:
My first guest tonight just attended the KCBS End of The Year Banquet and received his honor for being top chicken cook in 2012. Pitmaster of Slap Yo Daddy, Harry Soo joins me. Harry will recap his 2012 season and give us some of his highlights. We will look ahead to the upcoming 2013 season, his cooking classes and his new process of cooking chicken…and what internal temperature to finish it at…you won’t want to miss it!!
Hour 2:
Kicking off the second hour, the Brewing Raw Materials Process Manager, North America for Anheuser-Busch Sarah Schilling, joins me to talk beer. We will get some background on her, some history on Anheuser-Busch and most importantly, the proper beer pouring techniques. Do not be fooled by your neighborhood bartender…there is a correct way to pull a draft from the tap and I guarantee the majority of them are not doing it correctly!
Helping me close the show tonight are the Bad Ass Bitches! Their first appearance garnered a huge reaction and they are back to hit a number of topics…most of which have nothing to do with BBQ. If you want to ask them questions about life, relationships, cooking…whatever, they are open to take your calls and emails!
