I'm going first of all, I know you've been on TV with your little show and now that uh, how is it waking up early all the time? Do you have to wake up early all the time or it's just a different every day. I got my boy, I got my co foundily he waked up every day. All right, So let's talk to us about what this this new stuff you got going on.

I don't want to incorrectly say it, so you you you say it? So I can, you know, get into your business a little bit? What I would do? You know? Just I can intro my my partner in and my co founding I let Stally take the wealthware so people can hear his vocus on it and here them out. But this is a marketplace, and n T is a global market space. So where the co founders of all Right Right art is the global n f T marketplace made by the artists for the artists. It's the only

n f T marketplace that's one minority owned. It's owned by myself, owned by Walker and our third partner, who's William Wang. Who's um, He's He's in Shanghai, China right now. And the thing about n f T is we created a platform where we give artists the recognition that they deserve, give them the platform that they deserve. And wait, wait wait, wait wait wait and f T exactly cause people, this sounds very I don't know what the hell you're talking about.

Ish okay, break it down. For someone you know from the east side of Atlanta, got you know, going to Burgercane and that's it and going home? What was the n f T? What does that mean? Very basic? N f T stands for a non fungible token. What is to mean for something to be nonngeable? It means it's one of a kind. You can't trade it for another. Right, So a dollar is fungible, you trade one dollar for

a dollar the same value. But if one of a kind, like the Mona Lisa for example, is non fungible, that's one of a kind. Right. So now you see the Mona Lisa has a certificate of authenticity right under it. But the certificate it gets replaced by a token, so it's a non fungible token. The token is an address that lives on the block chain. When you have the token of that piece of artwork, it shows ownership that you own it on the block chain, so right, So

that's what a non fungible token is. But it can be It can be a piece of artwork, it can be digital, it can be a song, it can be anything that you want to be a picture. It can of course be a picture picture of painting, but you would have to transfer it to the ball chain, transferred online and just attach a token to it. All right, So now how do we How does someone with the n F t earn revenue? So that like I love to break down, so I said, I want to get

into this. What do I do exactly? Well, once you have an n f T a collection that you want to do. The first thing you would do is minted. So what the minting process is taking the artwork and tokenizing it, so you would create the token for so it's a non fungible token. So once you attach a token to your n f T, then you would put it on the platform. You would you would tell your followers, your fans, and tell them and raise speculation and hype which will drive the market price. So how do you

get paid off it? You get paid off of investors, off of bidders, off of art collectors that buy it. Another thing that's the total art we offer is a royalty contract. A royalty contract is the same thing as music publishing, but our royalty system will follow the artwork. The artwork around on the blockchain, as you're buying it, as you're selling it, you can get on the royalty forever. It'll follow you for life. Ah so uh, this is this what Jeez did with his snowman logo, right, That's

exactly what they did. But what we're doing at Setoci Ferrari is we're teaching people about sustainability and longevity because a lot of these a lot of um, a lot of folks that are treating it as a as a cash grab, as a as a pump and dump kind But we want we want to show people how you can do an amazing art drop, make a lot of money, but keep doing it over and over again in your career. It's just like a mixtape or an album. You want

to keep dropping the next album, the next one. You Once you have a big flop, you can't follow it up, right, So we're not just giving artists the platform to setoshi. We're giving them the platform, but we're educating them on sustainability, on longevity and whatever is crypto n f T and everything related to it. So my question is, right, I have a twelve year old she loves to draw animate right, is this something that I can have her upload? Create an n f T for each anime? Uh picture without

partly the reason we have ach empires. We just face everything offsite Toshi. Just a quick background, Why why is it called STI? What is that? What is That's an amazing question. Setoshi Nakamoto is the sdonum or the alias of the guy that created bitcoin. So no one really knows who created bitcoin, but it was a guy named Satoshi Nakamoto. But our domains and our businesses and every crypto fintech company that we're coming up with is with the Setoshi domain that we do. Oh um, so our

domainus Satoshi dot art, our Instagram, setci art. And in terms of investments, we're definitely doing our our our safe round right now. Um, We're to be honest, we're overwhelmed with the with the interest we have, so um, We're definitely open to hearing anything, but I think we're very

prepared for what we're about to do. Okay, ah man, this this is this sounds very very I kind of came out here with a different, uh way of thinking about how this was the company ran and the information, but you explained it so beautifully and walkud this great job. This is great. This is super dope. I see this. What do you guys see this going in the next five years? Definitely fortune for without a doubt. Um, just us the market cap that went from zero to four

hundred million dollars in three months. Right, One n f T single n f T sold for sixty nine million dollars and then it's not like it was a one time thing. It was followed up by a single sale like five million, ten million, twenty million UM. What we think is that Walker was staying it the other day. There's there's not enough literacy within the UM I guess the community right where they're not learning about crypto and it's really not that hard. It's just googling and youtubing

and just asking questions and getting it. So what we want to do is not only give them the platform, but educate them. And it's very important. We keep saying that, and we're really going out of our way to create educational videos to just teach everyone how to do it. Because I promised you blockchain and n f T cryptocurrency

is here to stay. It's the future. So it's better that right now we're the only ones that are really ahead of the curve because we've been developing this platform for like six months now, right so we wanted to make sure it's perfect. When you look at our platform, it's aesthetically pleasing. We have artists of the week where we're just going up and beyond for everything, and we're

very very happy with the product we have. When do you think people will start to catch on the crypto and it'll start just being normalized like credit cards were introduced and everybody just starts to use kind of like the digital money. Right. Um, I think that, um, you have to give you mine tu cryptos over a trillion dollar market app right, So in terms of everyone catching on it to it, it's one of the government's going

to comply with it. One of the government's going to add their regulations and their compliance and when they do start doing that, which they will do very soon, they're they just want to make sure that they have control over everything, which but the thing about that those they have no control. Cryptos completely decentralized, that the powers back within the people. So I really think it is the future. It's just that the governments are holding it to get back.

But right now, since we know as the future, it's better to get educated on it. There's coins that are starting at one ascent going up to a dollar within a couple of weeks, and people that people are making a lot of money, right Um. The kids that that took their their stimulus checks for like two or three thousand dollars and put it into for example, the Doach point that's not worth three hundred thousand dollars. These are

fifteen sixty year old kids. It's just education, it's just knowing. Hey, Elon Musk is about to say this for example, right, Elon Musk is going on on Saturday Night, on Saturday Night Live, doach Saturday, right exactly. And the price is parabolic the price it's gonna that's all you guys get what I'm saying. But if people just stay on top of the people stay educated and just it's just having the um. You just have to want to learn as long as you want to learn, to take half an hour,

do what you gotta do. You know, just just watching YouTube video even when you're driving in a car and just listen and learn. Um. This it's the easiest time now for everyone to be to become millionaires, so everyone to be industry leaders and everything and cryptos the world

that's completely essentralized. So yeah, definitely it sounds like a life hack right now, and before the government gets in and figures out out of loopholes and puts restrictions on it for people to get money, right, Okay, Yeah, the government can never, never, never restrict cryptois decentralized, but they'll try to create their own crypto point everyone to take it, but right now they can't. It's the centralized. It's the best thing about the black chain, right Hey, Stally, I
