Hold on hold some special right you know all this ship. Welcome, come come to the alert showing the one only not can tave you in some people more exact your baby solo. This is the Faller Alert show Roller Nation. Welcome to another episode of Burler Alert. It is I I ta you March you know I'm with a homie, hey man Ferrari Simmons, and then we got a special guest day. Please introduce yourself, sir. What's going on? Good to have you back, man. How's everything going? Man? It's been hectic. Man.

I've been doing a lot of work on fan Base, so it is what it is, but I love it. I did sign up. I did sign up on fan bax place, and please make sure you sign up on fan Base. It's a black owned app. Uh can you can you please elaborate on that real quick before we get into our show. Fan Base is a social media platform that allows any user to monetize their content via

subscription and virtual currency we call love. We have currently raised two point seven million dollars on start engine as a seed funded startup through people like you that invested. You can go to start engine dot com flash fan Base to invest the minimum to invest six dollars shares, sign up making account, start monetizing your content today. We love that. All right, Well, let's get it started with the show we're gonna get into in case you missed it,

In case you r P shock G Digital Underground. Do you guys know songs I'm hoping you did all around the World is the same song? Uh Tupac? You know it was first with Digital Underground before you know he popped off as Tupac. His funeral will be scheduled for Saturday in Tampa, Florida. He was found dead last week Tampa hotel room. His father said that there was no signs of trauma um. The call to death is still unclear to this day, so we'll be on the lookout

for that. Checkout bott Alert for the updates. RP to Black Rob as well really quickly. His funeral will be this Friday at the Metropolitan Church in Harlem. Then there will be live stream on revote TV starting at nine am Eastern time. R P two shot G and Black Rob as an eighties baby. That means if you're eighties baby, that means you grew up in the two thousand's. Okay, two thousand was a good The two thousands was a

good year. You feel me for the nine nine two thousand Cash Money Records and all that good stuff that you have, the New York Wave, Uh dip set, the whole vibe. This is the remix Diddy. You y'all don't know that Diddy, y'all under y'all kids don't know that did he that? This is the remix RP to Black Robin Shot gee man? I remember him in that two POC video I get around. Uh definitely was a fan Isai was up? Yeah, I mean fan of both both gentlemen um and they made their mark on the hip

hop industry. And I think something to be said about this. And I said this a little while ago. It's like, we need hip hop healthcare. You know, I think we need we need hip hop healthcare. And I know that. I know that recording artists are independent contractors, but you can get with you Negotiape. And I think a lot of artists need to start negotiating healthcare to their recording contracts. If you can walk into a record label with any amount of leverage, have them say, y'all want healthcare in

my recording contract. Because if people like Black Rob I think had kidney issues, not that his lifestyle would have changed, but if a doctor can come and tell you, hey, man, you need to slow down on the sugar or the drinking or get some rest, and that can actually lead to like, you know, a better lifestyle change, or someone earlier in life so that we do have them around longer. So I think that's important to having health care for sure,

and a will in a will. I heard swiss Be said that in at DMX funeral, a lot of the you know, life insurance and a lot of these things that weren't talked to us. I think that's is very important. So yeah, pop healthcare, man, we need to start that up absolutely. Man. I talked to Snoop about that. He said no, he said the Lady of Rage actually reached out him about that too a while ago too. And

it it does. I mean, we need health care for music artist period, because I mean it's a lot it's hip hop, a lot of recording artists that we know, you know, it's it's not like they're all happy ending to these stories. They give us great records, but after the shine is gone and and and the and this in the fame, you know, phase these people still have to live real lives and everybody can't always tour, you know,

off their music forever. So there's a lot of you know, tragic stories about people that are financially you know, the strapped for cash or you know, hard times. But at least, you know, we should have the ability to have people have health care and learn about their bodies and understand about their mental health, all kinds of stuff. So because it's it's just we're starting to see these last few. You got DMX, black rob Shock G and it was somebody else too that I think just past d M shot.

It was DNA shot G Black Rock, Black Robin is one more and I care remember, but we still need that though. We just have to focus on that and be more about that. All right, let's talk about Baby Blue. What the hell have you been doing? Baby Blue? Uh? You got shot, attempted robbery? Uh and now you outside? Now you outside in the club. I don't know what club he was at. I don't know what city was at. Lord, Please don't be in Atlanta with all that craziness that

you got going on. But I don't know what you're doing, bro, but you need to take your ass inside and heal from the womb, Sir, it's still early to be honest. When he was just shout last week one, last week Bro, Yeah, I'm I'm at the house. Bro, I'm gonna just I'm gonna take some time off. I'm gonna relax, relate and release. Yes, this was stage age. Unless this was staged. Oh you think it was staged. I think it was staged. Really, that is terrible. Where was when? Where was he shot?

Was he shot in the ass? I don't know. It looks like it was like in the abdomenutor somewhere. Now you ain't stage in that. You finish shoot me in my gut? No, when you finish do that? You finished shoot me in my good Instead you would say, oh, maybe we got shot in the ass. I'm like that might be possible. But now you doing that? All right? What we talk about next? C T all right? I know you're a big fan of Kanye West Yeasies collection, right, Rory, that's right? I see you got the new the latest

ones that haven't hit the storage yet, right? What uh? I get him a little earlier? What are what are those called the ones that you you just got the one that I posted with all the flavors. Those were the set. Those are the seven hundreds, the easy seven hundreds. Okay, well he's got some new things, you know, growing in that mind of his. And Walmart actually found it complaint

over Yeasies new logo. So everybody knows the Walmart logo and that is with the they used the six straight lines coming from the center circle to resemble sun raids. You ever seen that on Walmart, the little sun looking design the Walmart logo. Yeah, the Walmart logo, it's like six straight lines and it kind of resembles a sun. So the retailer filed a complaint to the U S. Patent Trademark Office saying that Kanye West new design resembles there's uh the logo that they have been using since

two thousand and seven. Now yeah, like that, it's a whole different Come on, man, now now now, now, wait a minute. Kanye West designed coming into a center. Yeah the dots, uh yeah, and they're eight of them, so but they're compared coming into yeah, okay, yeah, okay, so the I wouldn't get fuse that with Walmart. It's always about likely the confusion when it comes to a trademarks. I definitely wouldn't confuse that with Walmart. And that's what

Walmart is saying, that it will confuse the consumer. This is what happened. So one from for Walmart who likes Yeasis, noticed it and said something, that's all okay, Well, Kanye West wants to use this new logo for a variety of products including sneakers, underwear, furniture, and modular homes. You know, he's coming up with some new things and he wants this design. Do you guys think that they have some standing on this patent complaint? Nope, No, I don't think so.

I think, uh, when you're dealing with trademarks, you're looking at likely hit the confusion to the consumer, that the consumer would see one logo and think that the longs to that company. And I don't think there's no way, you know, there's enough, there's enough difference between those that no one will confused that with the Walmart logo at all. And the top that Walmart it's the blue, and I

believe it's a spec if it's yellow. So unless Kanya does a blue and that specific yellow that Walmart has with the trademark, because you know, when you trademark, you can trademark color too, So unless he does that particular thing, then he's safe. Okay, Well, shout out the DJ Khalid. His new album drops Friday, Khalid Khalid. Are you guys excited about it? Yeah? Me as a DJ radio personality, I grew up the Kalid uh growing up in South Florida. He was on the radio when I was a kid.

So just to see where he's at definitely can tap into whatever he got going on. Yeah, and Kalid's albums always have like some good surprises, some good, some good, some good guests. Rddy Rich I think he said right is Righty Rich? On the South? I think yes, you always had some good little justin Timberlake puts people together that you'd be like, damn a snoop dog and choir like you'd be like, I'm I'm gonna check this out eight han and six nine. You know what I'm talking about? Right,

And he always gonna happen. But he always has a record for this summer. He always got a summer anthem, So we don't see with this summer's anthem. That's why he's dropping like callous back outside. So let me get something from some back outside records and it's gonna be awesome making drops Friday. So ithing excited about that for Schell. Speaking outside, Isaac, are you gonna take the vaccine? A matter of fact? Obviously to go to the next topic, let let me let him Mary do on that room.

Well that I believe that's the next topic. Speaking ab outside, are you guys taking the vaccine? That's a great question. You go first. I have not took in the vaccine yet. I don't think it's a vaccine. I think it's a flu shot. It's similar to a flu shot because if you take the vaccine, therefore you shouldn't have to take COVID nineteen tests, because therefore you UH with test negative all the time? Why are you have to take COVID

nineteen tests while you have to wear a mask? And I know that they're changing the rules now, but I don't believe that it's a vaccine. I believe it's a flu shot because there's so many variants. Because the code if if you're looking at them the pandemic and you're looking at the actual UH disease, what is it called the disease? Is it a disease? What is it called? It's a Colusa virus. My bad. The virus it's treated

like the flu. You have flu like symptoms, right, so the shot prevents you from getting very bad symptoms when you catch it. So therefore that doesn't sound like a vaccine to me. Correct me, I'm wrong. No vaccine is. It's guaranteed to prevent illness. It's so it's supposed to give you a And here's the thing about vaccines, right, it either gives you a temporary some temporary immunity or permanent immunity. But that's where the vaccine is. It's just to give you a level of immunity to to whatever

virus you may come in contact with. So there's like, Okay, the flu shot, it's a vaccine, but it's not a vaccine that it provides you permanent immunity. And we don't even know. We don't even know if this might provide permanent immunity from covid or we might need to get COVID vaccine shots every year to make sure that we're okay. We don't know yet, so it's a little early to tell. But so far, did you take the vaccine yet? The answer to that question is yes, I have taken the vaccine.

I've had both shots of MADERNA. I'm probably I got my second shot right about three weeks ago. Um the first shot my armored sword. The second shot, I felt fine for the headache the first day. The second day I felt fine. A day three, I have body aches like crazy, but they only lasted like from like seven o'clock and they were gone by the morning. And so that's it. That vaccine is supposed to last six months, right, I know. I think I think Maderna's supposed last year.

I think they're saying, Fighter, you might need a third shot. Well I heard read that Maderna, you're gonna do the third one as well. Like in the fall, they're trying to say that they may have you take a third one. I could see that. I mean, you know, with regard to that, how these how how viruses work, right, And I think what they're trying to do with COVID is give COVID it's little options to infect other people, right,

So it's little opportunity. As a virus has to spread, which is why they want people to wear masks, it's sooner or later runs out of options and then the virus dies off because there's nowhere else for it to go. There's no more hosts. So when you have your mask off, you're giving COVID an opportunity to make you a host, and then you give it to other people that make them host. That's how viruses work. It's like yo. Their their objective is to get into everybody as much as

they can, as fast as they can. But if you're wearing your mask, if you do have the COVID vaccine, you're giving it less options and opportunity to affect people. I'm not here to tell anybody to take the vaccine other than make the decision that you feel it's best for yourself. Um. I'm someone that has known a lot

of people that have been affected by COVID. People that have died from COVID, lost family member from COVID, had limbs amputated from COVID, had their long son to their chest because of COVID, be uh intubated because of COVID

and ventilators. Um And I said, yo, I can, I can I can gamble on catching COVID or the the long hauler lingal effects of fogginess and headaches, or I can say, look, I can try to take this vaccine and continue to try to run my business and do the things that I have to do to be able to work and scale my company. So I decided to take the vaccine, and that's that was just my decision for sure. I I do definitely agree with that if you feel like this is for you, and you know,

everybody just do whatever they feel as best for them. So, um, if you have taken the vaccine um and you're fully vaccinated, you can do outdoor activities without a mask now. Yeah, so unless it's too unless it's crowded, you know, you need to have a mask on. Still, like sports events, parades, things like that. You even if you're fully vaccinated, you still need to wear a mask. Fully vaccinated people indoor

activities does still require a mask. Um, if you're going to like a you know, theater play or anything like that, you still need a mask on. Now. Yeah, like where Baby Blue was. I'm not sure if he was in Atlanta though. Right now. If you are mixing vaccinated and unvaccinated people indoors, the c d C said all people involved should take precautions um, including wearing a mask, fully snug to your face, staying six feet away, and being in a well ventilated space and nothing that is going

on at the club. It's not Remember in the beginning they were handing out mask and that people just throwing them on the floor when they walked there. So you know, I've been inside. I've been inside for a year, so you know, and that actually that was actually refreshing. Though I gotta break from people. I think I needed a break from people. Was like a good time. Like professionally for me, is one of the best years of my life.

I was focused, I was away from folks. I was able to raise capital, you know you organizing what I'm doing, and I really realized, like people really like the club like people sometimes if the club, if nightlife is your profession, I understand why you're there a fan. I'm not about to risk Kobe because of my birthday party, and like my birthday, I can't not sit I mean, look, I would sit my ass down. But everybody is allowed to express themselves and go have fun at their own risk.

But I think it's crazy that y'all are going to risk your lives for your birthday party. People in Houston are outside and looking at you. Funny, if you were in a mask. Everybody in Miami right now at the club. Yeah, they look at you crazy in Florida for Sean show validation. We got, I said Hayes, the third filling there for Sue solo today. Make sure y'all keep it luck. We'll be right back with more Baller Alert. We'll be right back with more of the Baller Alert Show message. Welcome

back to the ball Alert Show. We got a special guest, Mr Isaac Hayes. Go ahead, go ahead and get that fan base app social media platform black Home. By the way, he got the shirt on. So Solus and Hayes, it's time for ball and mail. Dear Baller Alert. This may be controversial, but don't judge me. I am craving, wanting, needing, and desiring a married man. We happened to work together, and I see him with his wife at social events.

I smile on her face and kiss her ass. But as soon as she's out of sight, I am doing anything and everything for her husband's attention. I texted, I text him pictures of myself with dirty texts and hopes that he will take debate. He sometimes flirts back, and I can tell he wants me. He refers to me as Kylie Ente. Because I am Puerto Rican. I don't think he is happy in his marriage, because when he is around me, I see him getting aroused. I never felt this way about a man in my life. Please

help before you go, Isaac, I'm gonna go ahead. And because this lady, I listen here, lady, there's a couple of things you don't do in life. Okay, you don't still honor honor of my parents, and you don't mess with a married woman's man. Because that lady, you're gonna be on then episode of Snap. Girl, You're gonna be in an episode of Snap. She deserved, You deserve what

happened to you. If you get this man tasks your ass up in that bare room, okay, if he toss your ass up and his wife find out, she's gonna slap five from your ass, she might shoot your ass too, So you might die. You might you wanna die? Do you want to die? Do you want to die? Huh? What is wrong with you? What is wrong with you? It's a whole bunch of single man. I did that A toss you up, put your face in the pillowcase all the same way. Okay, Why you got to go

get this happily married man. Okay, and his you know, he getting the roused around you because because he's a man, What the hell do you want him to do? Okay, he's a man. If you look good and you do something crazy, it's just gonna happen. That is a natural reflex down there with us. Okay, especially if you're wearing some goddamn gray shorts and some great pans, You're gonna

see the whole enchilata. You feel what I'm saying. Paul's so listen, baby, I'm just letting you know, do not sleep with this married man because it could It could get real bad for you, and it can end real bad for him. Okay. Yeah, I'm gonna just say before you go real quick, is Isaac bad karma girl? Go to go to other way? Stop it. Here's the thing as human being, right, we thrive off of thrill, right we? And this is and I'm not saying this is right first, perf.

Almost what you're doing is completely wrong, right, Like you should not try to sleep with a married man. You should not try to inject Actually your boss, yeah I thought it wasn't her boss or her colleague. Oh okay, I didn't know, but I was like, either way, Number one, you don't want to do that because then you work together. What if It's like people don't really think things out, like Okay, cool, you're messing with a married man. You're

putting your job at jeopardy. You're putting his job of jeopardy. You're putting your life for jeopardy. You're putting um. Either one of you guys are putting the company in jeopardy. Because somebody could say those are we are unwanted sexual advances. You know, lawsuits happen. It's just a bad idea in so many ways. You know, you don't wanna Yeah, it's just there's so many successful men right out here that

you can find your own man. What you need to Um, that's and that's disrespectful and you're definitely setting yourself up for some bad carma. I think you need to just chill out, leave the man alone. How can you tell he's aroused? When I think of aroused, I think of an direction, So like, do they work with great sweatpants on the offense and they you know what I'm saying, shout out to my guy Eric too, who got eggplaying sweats, So sweat sweat sweatpant in line. When you get you

some eggplaying sweats, there's that's that's for the fellas. But she needs to chill out because yeah, you're you're Yeah, this ain't. Women ain't playing the games about their husband, especially if you're around her you're smiling at her face and kissing her ass. Yeah, that's that's treacherous. Yeah, she might go outside your head. You want to chill out

on that for shore. Speaking of chilled doubt, I want to get you guys opinion on the hot topic that has been surfacing is s week with Steve Harvey saying that he does not have any female friends. All of my friends and men, I don't have female friends. I don't. I'm incapable of that. Well, because you know, come on, because well I have a wife and I don't. I don't really have female friends. Because look, okay, let's get rid of this right here. Okay, I'm gonna tell you

that that's good. Rid of this right here. That you're an attractive woman. There's some guys somewhere saying, yeah, I'm we're friends. No, that's not true. He's your friend only because you have made it absolutely clear that nothing else is happening except this friendship we have. We remain your friends in hopes that one day there'll be a crack in the door, a chink in the armor, and trust and believe that guy that you think is just your buddy. He will slide in that crack the moment he gets

the opportunity. Because we're god. Ninety nine point nine percent of us think that way. What do you think about it as a happening married man? Uh, I don't necessarily have female friends. I have a couple, but they're also friends with my wife. So, um, and they talked to my wife more than they talked to me, So it's more so they're more so my friends. Like for example, Sue Solo, she want my close friends. She talks to my wife more than she talks to me, even though

we worked together all the time. Um, but she talks to my wife more than she talks to me. Because I ain't really like the chapter the cat cat talk talk talk talkie talkie person. So you know, if you have an opposite sex friend, if you're a man and she's a female, you know, ladies like to talk a lot. I ain't with all that talking. So she talks to my wife more than she talks to me. So you do believe that men and women could be friends. I think it's based off the relationship. I mean, I introduced

suit to my wife, and um, they got cool. But if they wouldn't have got cool, I probably wouldn't be friends with. Uh, my wife comes purposeship for sure, Isaac. Um. Yeah, So I don't have female friends either, And some of the women that I know might say, what, like, we're not friends, and like no. So here's the thing, right, and and there's this thing that I call a social

solar system. Right, So the social solar system. You are the son in your social solar system, and the relationships that are the most important to you, right or the closest to you, right. So those are like your for your wife, your immediate friends and tell your mother's brothers and sisters and stuff like that. Then you have your like your best friends, and then what I call you have colleagues and associates you know what I'm saying, um,

and acquaintances. And there's difference between a friend. A friend to me is someone that like, Yo, I talked to this person every day, they know my life. They're cool. But someone that I have a relationship that is based that is circumstantial, that is based off of proximity to me because of work or certain circumstances. Those are colleagues, those are associates, those are true friends. So I understand right like that I don't have female friends because if

we're friends. I'm one of the big believers that if someone if a woman is your friend, like y'all are locked in and that needs to be your woman. That's just that's just me like if you have a real, true friendship, because because I value friendship over love. And I've always said this before, and I say this, this is why I value friendship over love. Right, you can fall in love with anybody, but you can't be friends

with everybody. That's the best advice I can give it. Man, People are in love with people right now that they wish they did not love. They were like, oh my god, I'm hard from any such a over person. She's just a terrible person. I wish I didn't love them. So you can fall in love with anybody, but a true friend, y'all, y'all, there's a certain level of respect and appreciation of protection that you guys have from one another. You never hit below the felt you guys, you know, it never gets boring,

it never gets old. That's your woman then, or that's your man if you have a friendship like that. So yeah, I don't have female friends. I got colleagues, associates, and acquaintances, but I don't all my friends are male. Yes, I don't agree or I don't disagree with Steve. I believe, you know, in certain cases, you do have guys who want to take it too far, just like you have

females who want to take it too far. But you know, I believe in respect because it's kind of impossible to be in an industry like this that's majority men based and you know, not have friends that are of the opposite sex. For myself, but as long as we respect each other, I feel like, you know, that's all that matters.

So yeah, I'm pretty much like I'm like agreed with Isaac, but for my ten percent is more so again, like I do have a couple of female friends, but they have they have to be friends with my wife too. Like if they're not friends with my wife, I'm pretty sure I probably wouldn't be friends with them. We'll be right back. Stay tuned with more of the Baller Alert Show. Back to the Baller Alert Show, starring I tell you

March Ferrari Simmons and Sue Solo. Before we get up out of here, I would like to say, Isaac, we appreciate you sitting there for Sue Solo. UM I need a fan base shirt and UM I used I usually do my last thoughts and it's usually a bag of free bands because I'm a big future fan. But let's talk about the fan base app on our outro, So go ahead, the floor is yours. Let's talk about fan base and how people need to sign up and what they need to do to uh, you know, I'm talking

about invest in what you got going on? So right now, what I tell people is if you could have invested in Instagram in two thousand ten, no what Instagram is right now? What you have invested? Of course you would have. You would have invested right but it was illegal because you were not an accredited invested, which means you would not have a net worth of a million dollars or for two hundred thousand dollars a year for two consecutive years.

That's what most people are locked out of early stage investment. So when I founded fan Base, it's a social network that allows anybody to monetize the content people are. People are in this game for followers, but not fan basis right, not money and monetization. So I founded the company and then I also opened up our seed round for anyone to invest in the company that wants to buy shares. Right now, I think that's extremely important because I understand

how important the users are to the platform. I understand that users make social media platforms explode, right, So giving the ability for users to own part of the platform is key. So, like I said, we raised two point seven million, we're stopping at three point five million dollars. UM. We've got a lot of cool functionality. We got audio rooms like clubhouse, but ours are monetized for every single user. Um. We have photo, video, long form live and stories as well. Uh.

And we're just growing. We're building. The community is growing. You can get on there. People are making money already, people making three hundred dollars tw hundred dollars five un dollars their first month on fan base because people are showing them love. You can love posts, you can love live, you can love in audio rooms, you can unlock content with love, and you can subscribe to people, and you can have followers and subscribers on the same page. So

it's not like you're forced to pay. If you don't want to pay, you can still experience the app without ever paying a dime, which I think is dope too. So uh downo fan base on iOS, Buy some shares in the company, Tell your friends coming over. Check the app out, and watch this black founded tech company right. That's the same in the same spotor Instagram, Twitter, uh, Snapchat and Facebook was at one particular time. Watch us grow and develop and build. It's all everybody to download,

families to check it out. Thank you, sir, appreciate you. Thank you for the time for shure Ball Nation. We'll catch you next week. Until then, peace taking enough of bowler Alert. Follow us on all social media platforms at boler alert A log on to foller alert dot com.
