Jock was a good man to us. He'd just launched his first season as one of the new Masterchef judges, arguably the biggest show on Australian TV at the time, and he'd graciously sat down with us and shoot the breeze.
We talked about his family and his upbringing, from and 11 year old kitchen worker to owner and head chef in one of Australia's premier restaurants.
