com. She's one of the more decorated women's wrestlers in wrestling today. That is Natalia, of course, Natalia, thanks so much for her taking the time today. Oh, thank you so much for having me on. I'm very excited to talk to you guys today too. Yeah, for sure, I'm going to get right into the hard hitting questions. Obviously, you're coming all day a tough loss at Night of Champions to the women's Champion, Ria Ripley, which is, you know, nothing to be ashamed about. She's

on a roll right now. But what's your plan to kind of rebound from that and get back in line for a Championship shout in the future. Well, I mean, it's that's a great question, and you're funny because I haven't really been able to get on rod I really talk about my feelings.

I've taken to my own social media accounts, and it's it's nice that somebody asked me because when I think about what happened to myself at Night of Champions, it was really tough because performing in Saudi Arabia for me is so special, not just the fact that it was my birthday, but I was the first woman, along with Lacey Evans, to compete in Saudi Arabia for you know, for women in sports, and we were the first women to ever

perform there. So I have a very special connection with that country as far as opening up a door that had never been opened before for women. And then to have the second match at Night of Champions against Rha, where you know, of course she had Dom out there with her and like a lot of people have been saying, you know, yeah it was Domm. Dom was jaw jacking. Dom kind of you know, was a catalyst in me

turning my back to RHA. But I you know, since that night, I've blamed myself and I definitely feel like I should have shouldn't have taken my eyes off RHA, and I should have just stayed focused, And so I beat myself up worse than anyone over what happened at Night of Champions, and I just need to regroup, rebuild, and figure out where to go from here. I know obviously that I have what it takes to be a Women's

Champion in WWE. I have the most matches, the most wins, the most pay per view matches, the most WrestleMania matches, the most Ladder matches of any woman in the company. And I've submitted the most people in the company of any man or woman. I've I've won by v submission the most. So I know I have what it takes. But I feel like it's a rebuilding phase for me right now for sure. Well it's tell you when people think about WWE and women's revolution and evolution in general, I mean that

has to just come synonymous with your name. You entered the business in two thousand and seven, and you've seen many changes of the of women's wrestling come and developed to what it is today. Obviously, RHA went on to get a brand new title this last week on Raw. I just kind of wanted to see your thoughts and what you thought about that new belt. You know, we're starting to get new belts. What's your new opinion on the new

Women's Championship? And since I've mentioned you've got the wrestle through some of these phases of WW, what's been some of your favorite belts that you've got the held. Maybe you have any special title matches that you hold special in your heart dis as well. Wow, there was a lot of questions and one I think it was really cool that we have a new you know, we have a new championship on RIA, so we've retired you know, in WW,

we retired the Raw Women's Championship and the SmackDown Women's Championship. I always wanted to hold the Raw Women's Championship and I never got a chance to hold that. But with this new championship that was presented to RIA on Monday, I hope, my prayer, my hope is that there is a focus on women's wrestling on Raw so that we can get back to what we started.

I really, you know, I've enjoyed watching trishan Becky feud. I think that you know a couple of weeks ago tris Stratus, she she interfered in my match and allowing Zoe start to win and to qualify for money in the bank. And I'm happy for Zoe. I would never want to take that away from her. But I want to get back to a division where we see fifty percent of the show women and fifty percent of the show men.

And I think that brand new championship on RIA will be the door that opens for us to start all of that, so that we see the tag the women's tag team championships represented, we see a non title feud represented, which is what you're kind of seeing Latrician Becky, but we also see the women's

championship being represented on Raw because I think that's so important. You know, Riah Ripley is the champion on Raw, and now with this new championship, I'm excited to watch her highlight that and I'm excited to watch her focus her attention not just on Domum. I know that dom is the love of her

WWE life, but and she lets us know that every week. But I also think that, you know, we need to focus on this, this women's championship too, because the women's division is so important to me, and I've fought for over twenty years for women's wrestling, and you know, it's like, we haven't come this far in WWE to come this far. So let's kick it up into high gear. Let's get back to what we started. Night of Champions was hard for me. It was a it was a

it was probably one of the hardest ass of my career. But I'm also ready to remind Riha Ripley of what I'm made up. And I've seen so many different eras as you mentioned in WWE. We've seen the Attitude era. We've seen the women's you know, we saw the Diva's era, we saw the Women's Revolution, and now we're we're entering a different era of like, you know, women breaking more barriers, not just being the first. You know, we've seen a lot of first and it's actually kind of cool that

they're not first anymore. We've seen the first ever women's money in the Bank match, We've seen the first ever women's Royal Rumble, the first women to ever main event WrestleMania, you know, like stuff like that. It's amazing, but it's not the it's cool that we're not saying, oh, this is the first time we see a women's Hell in a Cell match, It's like, it's so cool that we are seeing like we are seeing. No, we've already done three women's you know, we've seen three women made event

a pay per view where we've seen women main event raw. We've seen women main events SmackDown. You know, we've seen multiple women now main event WrestleMania. We actually the other day somebody said, I've been part of five women's ladder matches, and it's funny because I remember being a part of the very first one and everybody was like, you know, it's the first women's money in the bank ladder match, and that was a huge deal. Now there's been like seven, so it is cool. But we just need to keep

going in that direction. So I think these new championships will allow us to do that. Yeah, for sure. And you know you spoke of women breaking ground and wrestling today. You kind of broke ground yourself as a woman coming from the Heart family, right, like one of the wrestling royalty families that are out there. You know, talk about kind of just balancing carrying that legacy with you. It's obviously a pro to have that on your name, but also can be a lot of pressure too, i'd imagine. So

just talk about that balance throughout your career. Yeah, I mean, it's something I never take lightly. I always think about I think about my family and what my family contributed. And somebody this morning sent me a picture of Andrea the Giant Body slamming Harley Race while he was working for my grandfather.

Andrea worked for my grandfather is Stampede Wrestling back in the seventies, and I looked at that photo and I was like, wow, Like, it's never lost on me what my family has done and the people that they've influenced, and the people that my grandfather has trained in the dungeon, and it's very very special, and I think about, you know, it's just it's incredible to think of the impact that my family's had in WWE, and impact that

the impact that they've had outside WWE, from my dad, Jim nied Heart, to my uncle's Breton owen Hart to the British Bulldogs, my other uncles, to my grandfather's Stu Heart, and then me being the first woman in the Heart family to really represent this legacy. I never take it for granted. I never take it lightly. I always That's why I trained so hard, and that's why I try to carry myself so well so that I can represent the company so well but also represent my family so well because they paved

an incredible road for me to walk. Yeah, no doubt so. And Natty, I know we only have you for an a lot of amount of time and you got a lot of interviews to do today, So just want to end with some rapid fire questions, you know, quick questions, quick answers, just about you and your career. I'll start asking you if you have a dream opponents could be you know, past, present, future, anybody that you haven't stepped in the ring with that you'd like to at some

point, or you know, if you could. Oh, you know, I'm just trying to think here, that's a tough question. If I were to have a dream opponent of anyone, there's so many there's so many up and coming women in WW that I'd love to work with. I think a dream opponent for me. If this is going to sound totally left field,

but I love working with people that have contrasting styles to me. And when I look at the landscape of the different women coming in from NXT, I would love to work with somebody that has very very little experience and that needs like someone to help kind of guide them. And like somebody that I thought

was really cool that was up and coming was Soul Rocca. She just got injured at NXT, but I thought, you know what, she reminds me of Charlotte Flair when Charlotte Flair first started in WWE, and I thought, like, Charlotte was athletic, and she was like you saw, you know, this muscular, strong like girl before Soul And that's why I'm saying it's

totally left field. And somebody that, like I thought she would be a dream opponent because she would be somebody that I could take under my wing very much like I did Charlotte Flair. And when nobody knew really who Charlotte Flair was in twenty fourteen, I was able to help remind the world that, you know, there was this rookie out there that was just waiting to spread

her wings. But I also could show that I could still you know, I could still hang and make sure that everybody knew who I was too. So I love I would love to work with some of the rookies like Soul Rocca like Tiffany, like Cora Jade. I had such a great experience with Cora Jade and nxtup last year. Actually, so a lot of those NXT rookies I would love, love, love to work with though. That would

be a dream come true for me. I have another just quick question, and it's something that's always fascinated me about wrestlers and especially people with the WWE schedule. You know, when you're bouncing from city to city, show to show, is how you guys maintain such a healthy lifestyle. Do you have any sort of favorite road food, like when you're on the road, like I, you know, I don't know. I don't know how necessarily strict

you are with your diet. It's hard to really. Billy and I work in radio and we can find ourselves up till two o'clock in the morning at different cities, and it's not the easiest to find something healthy to eat. So how do you do you have any favorite road food? Or I love Chipotle. I can always get a healthy meal with Chipotle. I love Starbucks. I love the egg white bites and the and the oatmeal. Um. I also love Wendy's. They've got good salads. They've got. Those are

good road foods if you're on the go. I mean, I try to like protein bars, protein shakes, but sometimes at two o'clock in the morning, you don't want a protein bar. So wendy'sd to go to to potles and go to if I can get to a grocery store. I try to stock up on healthy foods and then eat them throughout the day, like whole foods, you know. I mean, listen, seven to eleven. There's yogurt, there's hard boiled eggs, there's pickles. So I also have myself

covered up. I have to eat dinner at seven to eleven. There you go. Be sure check out Natalia and all your favorite WW superstars this Friday nights at rupp Arena.
