When I went to dances back in school, I was the awkward chubby kid, standing in the corner, hoping someone would come over and ask me to dance with them... I was loaded with fear and insecurities. The thought of “what if they don’t like me?” was constantly swirling around my mind.

Stop waiting for someone to validate or approve you.

Stop hiding your beautiful heart.

Stop caring what other people might think.

Here’s the truth. Life is a constant dance. It’s an eternal flow of energy and if you’re not flowing with the universe, you’re fighting against it.
