Human brains are story-making machines. We create stories as a way of understanding our lives, relating to the world, and relating to one another. Some of the stories we tell are empowering, while some have the opposite effect, and our power lies in our ability to choose the version of the story we want to tell, believe, and live. In this episode, I'm offering two very different diagnosis stories drawn from the same set of facts to show you how there is no ultimate truth, and why this is the best news.
