One minute of positive affirmations per day can result in significant improvement of inner behaviors like thoughts and feelings. Jenny shares the research behind this strategy as well as the practical application of this precision teaching procedure. It has been shown to improve relationships, self-confidence, and decrease aggressive and depressive thoughts.
