Episode description

Neurodivergent children and teens tend to experience more criticism, shame and correction which leads to negative self-talk. Examples include "I'm bad", "No one likes me" and "I can't do anything right".

Negative self talk can contribute to anxiety, depression and more. In part one, Katelyn and I talk about how negative self-talk can develop and our own journeys.
