Why Is Feminism Still Relevant Today?

I owe the freedoms and rights I enjoy as a woman to courageous individuals (feminists) who fought very hard for women's rights despite the fact they were ridiculed or even persecuted. While nowadays many people think feminism is redundant in our modern western society, I think there are still battles to be fought.
