Weekly Mini-Episode: My ISTA Level 1 Experience

It's been a little while since I have done a mini-episode and the reason for that is that I have been away on a couple of retreats. One of which was ISTA level 1.

I had an amazing time and a profoundly life-changing experience, and I don't use those words lightly, I really don't.

This is me talking about my experience. It's important to note that I don't talk about the rituals, exercises or other people's experiences.
