Should we be free hitting for the upcoming double gameweek?

The FPL General is back after the FA Cup break and ready to hit the ground running for the double gameweeks that lie ahead. There's all the usual transfer and captaincy talk, plus a watchlist update and these questions answered:

• With Son out injured and Salah at AFCON, is it worth free hitting for the double gameweek coming up? Or should we save both FHs for later?
• Is it mad to use the 2nd WC this week?
• I'll be hitting the Wildcard this GW. What are some must have pics for the double that I will want to keep long term?
• Do you think it's prudent to withhold from using any chips until things settle down?
• Best Son replacements?  
• Should we be looking at Wolves defenders and if so which one is your preference?
• Given all the uncertainty I’m thinking of keeping Salah to save transferring him back. Views? 
• If I have Salah & Son, should I hold Salah & use Son for replacements?
• Is Dalot worth keeping? 
• Do we still keep Foden or sell?
