Episode description
This episode starts off with each of us reviewing our experiences and lessons from the year 2020. Paloma then explains the Great Conjunction that happened on December 21st and the Age of Aquarius that we're currently transitioning into, and what it means for us individually and globally. Gio talks about his experience doing Jordan Peterson's Self-Authoring Program, which leads to a conversation about childhood programming and trauma, and the undoing of those. We also talk about breathwork and our intentions and hopes for the year 2021.
