Astral & Justin: Edgar Cayce and The Akashic Records

Episode 48 features a conversation with myself and my husband Justin. For this episode, he interviews me and we dive into the life and work of Edgar Cayce. We start with a little background on his life, including his process, how he got the title “sleeping prophet”, and how some of his gifts first made themselves known. I spend some time explaining what the Akashic Records are and share some of our personal experiences with the Records. We chat about some of the things that Cayce predicted, his thoughts and views on religion and past lives, and lightly explore his natal chart. Next we look at some examples of his holistic remedies and share some times that we have worked with some of these suggestions in our own life. I explain what a castor oil pack is and give some examples of how we can utilize them to help minimize inflammation. We briefly touch on how Cayce viewed dreams and discuss things we can discover from our own dream analysis. I describe what a sojourn is and we lightly cover some of Cayce’s cosmology. Towards the end, we spend some time exploring his work on Atlantis and I share some information about an organization built around his work known as the A.R.E. (Association for Research and Enlightenment).
