Episode description

How do we define leadership? Suzi Skinner, international leadership expert, discusses with Ashley leadership in the work place, women leaders, corporate leaders, and world leaders. Throughout the hour we define what it means to be a true leader when it refers to all people no matter their title.

More background on Suzi Skinner:
In 2012 Suzi completed leading edge research on Executive Coaching and Women in Leadership, supported in part by the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School affiliate in Boston. This study takes a closer look at leadership development practices and provides fresh, evidence-based insights into the key development areas for women leaders in the workplace. As an alumnus of the University of Sydney Masters in Coaching Psychology, Suzi has presented at the various Coaching and Leadership conferences and is actively involved in promoting new perspectives in the areas of executive coaching, leadership and inclusiveness.
