Episode description

What does it mean to be a leader in one's own life? How do we be the leader we need to be? What does it entail? It's about doing the right thing even when no one is watching. Being a leader is a 24/7 job. We're discussing how to be a true leader, not a fake leader. In the world we live in, we have many people faking it and they are being caught. In order to be a real leader, we must be genuine and real all the time not just when you want to, or when you're trying to get people to like you or do what you want them to do. Reggie Harvey and I are in the studio, joining us by phone, Dan Nelson to discuss family history and how he began with Dancestors Genealogy and left the corporate world to help people research their family history.
