How to liven up your life at any age. No matter your age, you can liven up your life and stop being a stick in the mud. When we get older, we stop having fun because the people our same age stopped having fun a long time ago and we feel our age dictates attitude. When we get married and have children we become married people with children. With new definitions of ourself comes less of our true self.
