UFO Magazine research director Don Ecker joins Art Bell to discuss lunar anomalies, NASA archive photographs, and UFO secrecy after a mystery-signal segment with Nick Begich. Begich, author of Angels Don't Play This HAARP, reveals that Dr. Bernard Eastland, inventor of the HAARP patents, suspects the signal may involve electron acceleration from either the HAARP facility, Norway, or Russia.
