Dr. Nick Begich, co-author of Angels Don't Play This HAARP, reveals the scope of the military's High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program operating in remote Alaska. The jointly run Air Force and Navy project uses 48 antennas to focus concentrated radio energy into the ionosphere, with plans to scale up to 360 antennas and an effective radiated power of 100 billion watts.
