Kate Waugh is an up and coming triathlete.  Just 22 and studying at Leeds University, she has had a flying start to her triathlon career with several medals including a silver in the mixed U23 Junior Relay and an individual silver in an Elite Women’s race.


In this episode she talks about the ways in which she is able to study at university whilst competing in the sport at the highest level.
