Episode description

With it being the EFL's Youth Development Week, the podcast is focussing on our Academy and the bridge towards the first team.

Darren Way and Will Jenkins Davies react to the under-18s 3-0 victory over Cheltenham Town in the first round of the FA Youth Cup.

Under-18 assistant coach James Bradley, who was given the disappointment of not being offered a professional deal at Home Park 11 years ago, talks about his role in helping try and create the best footballers at Argyle.

He remembers the joy of training with the first team to the heartbreak of being released. He fell out of love with the sport but found it again as a coach and is now hoping to impart his experiences on future stars.
