Ruth Davis Post-Kiruna

After the Arctic Council ministerial meeting in Kiruna, Sweden in May of 2013, we had the chance to talk with Ruth Davis of Greenpeace over Skype about the admission of new observer states to the Arctic Council, the environmental concerns that drive Greenpeace's activities, and her own enthusiasm about the engagement of young people with Arctic issues.
