Following on from last week's episode on Mental Health, Andrew, Georgia and Linda review the book 'From Over the Edge' by Jon Grogan, published by Sacristy Press. The book takes a brief look at many facets of mental health, and in particular depression, from the perspective of a Christian who has experienced depressive breakdown and recovery.


Jon Grogan is a lawyer, and lives in Newcastle and is married with two children.

Sacristy Press is an independent publishing house based in Durham.
