Episode description

How Marte, a classical musician became a role model for innovation and business leadership.

Marte Siebenhar is a classically trained professional musician, facilitator, speaker, and coach. She invented Practical Creativity™, which integrates listening, imagination, ingenuity, intuition, and play. She is guided by a deep interest in leaders, and helping them define, realign with and live their purpose and possibilities, so they can translate their vision into value. Prior to starting her firm Cultured Innovations, she was an arts leader at New World Symphony, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Carnegie Hall, and executive director of Bakehouse Art Complex. She is an alumna of Manhattan School of Music and fellowships with the Kennedy Center and Miami Foundation. Marte starts each day with running and meditation. She is the author of two books.
