An Hour with Reverend Richard Coles

Reverend Richard Coles is a former musician, radio broadcaster, and now Church of England priest who was formally a member of the band - The Communards, who had hits in the 1980s with 'Never Can Say Goodbye' and the biggest-selling single of 1986, 'Don’t Leave Me This Way'.

In the early 1990s, Richard found his faith and his life was transformed when he transitioned from a former pop star to a vicar. Later in life, as a personality with a strong social following, he remained in the public eye through the positive and tragic times of his life, including the tragic loss of his partner David Oldham.

In todays episode, Richard shares the insights from his life story so far in a very open and honest conversation with Andy Jaye.
