Episode description

Raise your hand if you grew up thinking that quitting is like, the worst thing you could ever do. Quitters never win, right?! I know I did! And if this is something you grew up with, you probably took this with you into your adult life. “If I quit this job I don’t love anymore, it makes me a failure.” “If I quit this career that I can’t see myself doing for the rest of my life, I’m giving up.” When it really comes down to it, is it really quitting if you don’t have the passion or love for it anymore?

In this episode, I’m sharing with you how I have always believed that quitting wasn’t an option, and exactly when and how I learned that actually, yes it is.  Let’s face it – sometimes quitting is absolutely necessary, and when you are able to realize that you have evolved, and your priorities and passions have changed, you can accept that you are not really quitting at all. You're growing.
