On this weeks episode of The Aligned Podcast, Jessica brings us a solo episode that she was called to do after some very personal experiences on a trip to Kauai.
A lot of memories came up that were uncomfortable and unsettling. It was not an accident that she happened to be there, there were so many synchronicities that occurred that indicated there was a message buried in the waters.
Within the collective, we are all aware of the things that are happening that can bring up feelings of anger, sadness and defeat, this is a time to tend to our hearts, emotions and feelings, to allow ourselves to remember our truth and anchor into our bodies.
